Users check a box to receive notifications & promotional messages to provide their consent for customer care and marketing.

Opt-in language states: "I confirm that I want to receive messages from AdPeek regarding account issues and outages (customer care) and/or new offers (marketing) using the contact information provided (marketing and customer care-related). Message & data rates apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition or purchase or service. See our Privacy Policy (containing our SMS Terms) at the bottom of the form for more information. SMS opt-in data is not shared/sold to third parties for promotional/marketing."

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the engagement.


  1. Limitation of Liability


AdPeek is not liable for:


-Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


-Failure to achieve specific results due to factors outside of our control (e.g., market conditions, client-provided data inaccuracies).


-Unauthorized access to your data due to external breaches.


  1. Termination


Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the client contract. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding payments.


  1. Governing Law


These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
